Mechelen is a city between Brussels and Antwerp in northern Belgium. Inside the 13th-century St. Rumbold’s Cathedral is an imposing altar and a work by Flemish artist Anthony van Dyck. The attached St. Rumbold’s Tower offers 360-degree views of the city.
Some clicks of Mechelen by me (of course without the high-quality camera with no editing 🙂
1. Grote Markt
The Grote Markt, the central square in the historic center, is dominated by St Rumbold’s Tower. You can see it wherever you are. On the other side of the square is the Town Hall. Look at the houses around the Grote Markt. They are from different times and in different styles, including sixteenth-century renaissance and eighteenth-century rococo.

3. Maanrock
Maanrock is a music festival held in Mechelen, Belgium over 2 to 3 days.
